Black Bean Soup

2 cans black beans

1 can chicken broth

1 medium onion chopped

1/8 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper


Mix ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. To serve, garnish with sour cream, cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
